With the addition of CookieAnn to the Tokyo Disney Resort’s Duffy family last year, we anticipated a bit of wait before Olu came along as well. But it seems that wait is over, with Olu Mel joining Tokyo DisneySea’s Duffy & Friends lineup starting on reopening day, July 1st!
The story goes that Duffy and Mickey went on a journey to look for a birthday present for ShellieMay, when Duffy heard a pleasant melody from the beach. That’s when he met Olu Mel, who said “Aloha, I’m Olu Mel! Do you want to make music with me?” When Duffy heard Olu Mel’s song, he decided his music would be perfect for ShellieMay!
