The resort has quietly updated its Travel Information page, announcing that multi-day and date-specific park tickets that were scheduled to expire during the closure period have now been automatically extended through September 26th, 2021. The previously announced expiration date was originally scheduled for December 15th, 2020. As stated on the page:

Partially used multi-day theme park tickets with usage window impacted by park closure, or date-specific theme park tickets purchased through June 6, 2020 with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020 or later, will automatically be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. If you are unable to visit by September 26, 2021, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.

Guests holding Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets should also be advised that their ticket expiration dates have also been extended, with the final day of use now scheduled for September 30th, 2020, two months after the previous date of July 31st.

  1. I bought Florida resident discover tickets for my family to meet my relatives at the park. They rescheduled for November but my tickets expire Sep 30th. I haven’t used any of the days yet. Can these be extended or refunded?

    • I also would like my ticket extended…
you were closed for 3 months..
I’ll need a refund or our tickets expiration dates extended tgat 3 months.. also you are selling tickets to residents..?? There only so many dates that can be scheduled?? You don’t even have room for all the ticket holders to schedule with limited occupancy
