As Walt Disney World continues the process of reopening, Disney has issued a survey to guests who have stayed at their resort hotels about their recent visit.
A WDWNT staff member received the survey shortly after their stay at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. The survey begins by asking about their reason for visiting Central Florida.
It then discusses transportation, before moving into health and safety measures being taken in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hand-washing and sanitizing stations, social distancing, and face coverings are specifically mentioned, along with the new rules in place to mitigate the spread of the disease.
With select amenities unavailable due to the pandemic, Disney asks about how that impacts guests’ visits.
Following that, discussion shifts to Walt Disney World at large, and the adaptions that have been made.
Technology is the focus of the next section, focusing on how guests have used the My Disney Experience app.
The survey then shifts into the guests’ visit, discussing what they did (and where they went) during their stay.
As more resort hotels reopen, hopefully, these surveys will help Disney maintain high health and safety standards while keeping their famed level of customer service.
