Walt Disney World Resort Provides Update on Disney Transportation and Parking

Staying at a Walt Disney World Resort comes with a slew of benefits that make it worth the price to stay there. One of the most popular reasons to stay on-site as a Guest is the transportation Disney provides between its hotels and theme parks and Disney Springs.

Today, Disney released an update to the Transportation and Parking policies for when the resort begins to reopen after a long closure due to COVID-19.

Walt Disney World Resort transportation policy

The complimentary resort transportation will be available before the theme parks reopen to bring Guests from their hotel to Disney Springs. Once the theme parks reopen, they will resume bringing Guests back to the parks. However, social distancing measures will be in place aboard the vehicle and could lead to longer wait times.

The popular Minnie Van service will be not available once the parks reopen, along with valet service at resorts (except for Guests with disabilities.) Regular self-parking will be available.
