Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa will remain closed with no reopening date planned at this time. The resort closed on March 24, amid the start of growing Coronavirus concerns, and will remain closed for the time being.

The following message has been sent to all impacted guests and their travel agents:

Aulani Resort remains closed and a reopening date has not been identified. We will continue to follow guidelines from government and health officials as we plan our reopening.  

As a result, reservations at the resort throughout the month of August will be canceled. We understand that some guests may have reservations booked at Aulani Resort during this time. For stays occurring during the month of August, room reservations can be canceled and Disney will waive Disney-imposed room reservation cancellation penalties. Guests can continue to save up to 35% on select rooms for 5-night stays most nights September 1 through November 22 and November 28 through December 21, 2020, with check-out no later than December 22, 2020, when booked by October 24 with a special Summer and Fall Offer.

2021 bookings for Aulani Resort also remain available for guests looking to plan a vacation next year.
