The 2020 Emmy Award nominations have just been announced, and the Disney+ original “The Mandalorian” has received a whopping fifteen nominations..

According to Deadline, the popular “Star Wars” spin-off show has received nominations for the prestigious award in the following categories: Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance, Production Design for Narrative Program, Cinematography for Single Camera, Fantasy/Sci-fi Costumes, 3 Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Drama Series, Prosthetic Make-up, Music Composition, Guest Actor in a Drama Series, 2 Sound-Editing in a Comedy/Drama Series, Outstanding Special VFX, and Stunt Coordination.

Created by Jon Favreau, the series was one of the leading shows which debuted with the release of the Disney+ streaming service. A second season is set to arrive this Fall, with a third season already in pre-production.
