With the upcoming reopening of Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, the resort’s various stores and restaurants are also prepping for their imminent reopening, including the guest-favorite Ale & Compass Lounge and Restaurant, which is set to open a few days earlier, on August 20.
Do note that Ale & Compass doesn’t show times before August 24 on the Walt Disney World website, however the new “Know Before You Go” Resort Hotel landing page has been updated with the following information:

It’s interesting to note that starting August 23, the Beach Club Marketplace will transition to the Solarium as a new makeshift marketplace area. Only the bar portion of Hurricane Hanna’s will be reopening at Stormalong Bay.
Transportation-wise, guests are somewhat limited, as buses will only be available to Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs. The only transportation available to Disney’s Hollywood Studios is via Disney Skyliner at the International Gateway station, and no transportation will be provided for EPCOT, as Friendship Boats have yet to resume service, despite earlier reports.

This is all good news. I made reservations at the Yacht Club for September knowing that a lot of amenities would not be available so I am pleased. Now if they could just get the boats running and Mayberry allow guest to park hop it would almost be normal.
