Like bicyclists at Tour de France, construction on the France Pavilion at EPCOT is racing towards its conclusion.
As we could see from the Disney Skyliner, even more progress has been made since our last update.
Light fixtures and benches are being moved into the construction site, suggesting that the area may be getting its finishing touches.
Across the way, more benches are lined up on the grey stone pavement.
The area that was previously roped off appears to have its barricades gone.
It also looks like the large construction vehicle that was parked down the street has moved, now standing near where the marquee entrance for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will go.
From the Skyliner, we can see more trucks and equipment outside the expansion.
The new restrooms seem nearly complete, at least from the exterior.
On the left side of the above photo, planters are being prepared for installation, bringing some extra greenery to the area.
Once this opens to the public, it’ll be much rarer to see the streets this empty during the day.
Finally, we can catch a glimpse of where guests will enter the France Pavilion expansion to experience Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
While we don’t know when exactly the expansion will open, it certainly looks like construction is speeding towards the finish line. If you can’t wait that long, you can watch the video Disney Parks Blog recently released about Ratatouille: The Adventure, the attraction’s counterpart in France.
