Universal Orlando Resort is sending feedback surveys via email to guests who have recently visited the parks. We received a survey about our most recent day at Universal Studios Florida.
The survey asks guests to rate character experiences, attractions, wait times, cleanliness, and food.
Guests are then asked if they agree with statements about Universal Studios Florida, one question, in particular, asking if guests agreed there was enough to do at the theme park.
The survey asks about Team Members, weather, and crowds before asking for guests to rate specific attractions.
The survey also touches on shopping and whether or not guests purchased merchandise.
It asks about wi-fi connection and use of the Universal Orlando mobile app in the parks.
After asking which entrance we used for the park, the survey made us laugh…
We were asked if we had visited Walt Disney World in the past two years and how we would compare our experience to Universal Orlando.
Finally, the survey asked about coronavirus-related precautionary measures in the parks and how we would rate them.
Have you visited Universal Orlando Resort since it reopened? What was your experience like?

I got a survey, too, but mine concentrated more on my perk as a Premiere AP holder of free valet parking.
