Last week, we saw ride vehicles on the tracks of “Velocicoaster”, the upcoming Jurassic Park coaster at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. The ride vehicles—which are currently still wrapped in plastic—are currently undergoing testing on the completed coaster track. Today, one of the vehicles was brought to the coaster’s highest point.

The plastic-wrapped InGen vehicle was clearly visible from across the park’s lake.

A crane and cherry picker holding workers were near the peak of the track.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see the vehicle moving, but it looks like the coaster is coming along quickly. We also recently saw raptors inside the construction site.
