Work on the side closest to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has expanded since our last visit. Near the monorail beam, we can see that roof panels are continuing to be replaced, with panels now removed just above the pavilion entrance.

Closer to Mission: SPACE, a whole section of light gold panels are gone, leaving few left on that side.

When the pavilion finally opens, it will be home to interactive adventures with characters from The Incredibles, DuckTales, and an unspecified experience which will include the Mark X Monorail.

  1. Why hasn’t this been placed on hold? “Interactive adventures” in the age of covid seems to be pointless. How in the world is this going to work? I’m sure they had a lot of great ideas but I think the reality may have changed to the point where the idea is no longer valid.
