Disneyland Paris Suspends Standby Pass Service After Glitchy Debut

The Standby Pass system at Disneyland Paris has been suspended. The new system, which is somewhat similar to the FastPass+ system at Walt Disney World, rolled out October 6.

According to a Tweet from OutsidEarsDLP, the service was suspended after it “revealed various problems.”

A Google translation of the Tweet reads:

[News] The StandBy Pass service that we recently presented to you, and whose first tests revealed various problems, is suspended. In the next few days, access to Crush’s Coaster and Big Thunder Mountain will be normal again.

Crush’s Coaster was the first attraction to use the Standby Pass service. For now, Disneyland Paris guests will need to use the standby queues.
