PHOTO REPORT: Disney’s Hollywood Studios 10/5/20 (Frozen Sing-Along Celebration Returns, Keystone Clothiers Reopens, New Dooney & Bourke Bags, and More)

Hello from another beautiful Fall day (Florida style) from Disney’s Hollywood Studios! We warmed up our singing voices for today for a very special reopening, and were lucky enough to attend the very first show. Let’s get started!

Today was the reopening of the popular “For The First Time In Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration.” We have been watching the preparations at the Hyperion Theatre for a little while now, and were very excited to attend the first show today.

We weren’t the only ones excited to be here, with guests lining up as early as an hour before showtime to see the first show.

We had such a blast singing along to all our favorite Frozen tunes. The actors didn’t wear masks, and except for a few on-point jokes about social distancing, the show hasn’t really changed.

After the show, we checked out a different type of reopening—Keystone Clothiers on Hollywood Boulevard, which did not reopen with the park, reopened to guests today. Now filled with Star Wars and Marvel merchandise, this store features some of the latest pieces, including an impressive section dedicated to “The Child” from The Mandalorian.

We found some fun new merchandise today. The first was this pretty-in-pink keychain featuring Minnie Mouse herself. The strap has Minnie’s signature embossed on it, and it fits nicely on your wrist.

The ring has individual key hooks, allowing all your valuables to be organized while still remaining stylish with the Minnie Mouse charm and bow charm. We found this at Mickey’s of Hollywood, and it retails for $12.99.

Next we found this youth tank top featuring reversible sequins spelling out the Star Wars logo. This fun tank was at Tatooine Traders for $29.99.

We noticed that the Jango Fett sipper has disappeared from the menu at Backlot Express and has been replaced by the BB-8 sipper. You can also find the BB-8 sipper at the popcorn stands around the park.

We found a new Dooney & Bourke collection at Legends of Hollywood today featuring animal print Mickey silhouettes. This fun print is giving us all the Disney’s Animal Kingdom vibes! The collection includes a wallet, and three handbags, one of which is an Annual Passholder exclusive bag.

We found Stormtroopers on patrol in Black Spire Outpost today. Be careful, they’re always looking for more people to enlist in the First Order!

While in Galaxy’s Edge we noticed that the Cast Members had gotten a face mask upgrade, and were wearing a new sleek grey mask here. Some had the fitted masks, shown here, and others had a pleated style, sewn out of the same fabric. Elsewhere in the park the hidden Mickey galaxy print masks were still in use.

As we’ve seen in other parks, there’s been a shift in where to find one your favorite snacks in Black Spire Outpost. With Ronto Roasters reducing hours and closing at 3pm daily starting today, the popular Ronto Wrap will now be available at Docking Bay 7 starting at 3pm.

We had a wonderful time today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
