PHOTO REPORT: Magic Kingdom 10/26/20 (Construction Updates, New Baby Yoda Loungefly Bags, Christmas Designs Arrive at MaDe Kiosks, New Sorcerer Mickey Mug, and More)

Hello from a beautiful day here in the Magic Kingdom! It was a relatively quiet day, but we still found some exciting new things to show you. Let’s get started!

We checked in on the progress on the repainting of the Toll Plaza on the way in today, and found the painters hard at work on the center of the sign. We could sit and watch them work all day! We love watching the new colors go on the sign.

At the Resort Boat Launch currently under construction, the second structure, the one closest to the water, has started having its fabric cover installed.

The temporary connection in between the Grand Floridian walkway and the Resort Monorail has been removed, and today we saw the last remaining sign of it ever having been connected removed as well. This section of railing had been removed, and a construction wall had been in its place for some time, but the railing has been replaced, and the wall has been cleared away.

Inside the park, the concrete just outside of the restrooms by the temporarily unavailable Casey’s Corner has been removed and replaced with painted sheets of plywood while refurbishment is completed in this area.

We found quite the array of popcorn buckets available today at the popcorn stand in the Hub. The new Annual Passholder glow-in-the-dark bucket has made its way to Magic Kingdom.

The purple cauldron popcorn bucket has also made its way to Magic Kingdom. This bucket was previously only available in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

There’s only a few more days until Season Two of The Mandalorian premiers on Disney+, and now we know what new purchases we need to make to celebrate. We found two new Loungefly items featuring The Child at the park today, and we think you’ll like them as much as we did. After all, this is the way.

We found a new Alex and Ani bracelet today featuring the Black Widow symbol at the Emporium for $44.99. Who else is looking forward to the new Black Widow movie? We may have to wait until next year, but we’re still excited!

This lovely tree skirt caught our eye today at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe. It retails for $79.99.

While Christmas merchandise seems to be popping up all over Walt Disney World, we found new Christmas MagicBands, phone cases, and magnets available through the MaDe kiosks at Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. This 3-D snack design was our favorite, but there are lots to choose from.

We found the perfect mug for Fantasia fans featuring Sorcerer Mickey at the Emporium today.

Sketches of Mickey and the dancing brooms circle the mug along with notes about the illustrations.

This is quite a statement piece, but the mug itself isn’t even the best part!

The mug comes with a spoon to stir your beverage, and the handle of this spoon is shaped like the dancing brooms. You can find this mug at the Emporium for $22.99.

There’s nothing like ending your day with a little Villainy, right? We found Gaston riding the Villains Cavalcade float today instead of Jafar. As you can see, he was very ready for his moment in the spotlight.

We had a wonderful day at the Magic Kingdom, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
