Big things have been happening in the construction of TRON Lightcycle / Run at the Magic Kingdom, with the illuminated canopy being built and lowered in to place.

Since we last checked, the canopy piece on the ground has been moved closer to the track.

Work was also happening on a structure near the track supports.

Additional supports have been added around the wide turn of the coaster.

Some workers were at the top of the brown temporary supports that currently surround the track. They are likely getting ready to install the next piece of the canopy.

TRON Lightcycle / Run is set to be completed in 2021, barring any further delays. The Magic Kingdom guidemap does declare the coaster is “Now Programming” which indicates that Disney is planning on opening it sooner rather than later.
