Tokyo Disney Resort Reveals Reduced Christmas Offerings Coming November 10
While all seasonal events were cancelled at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea through March 2021, the Tokyo Disney Resort has revealed a reduced Christmas celebration that will cover both parks in holiday decor and feature special food and entertainment, from November 10 through December 25! Aside from the special greeting parade overlays, most of these food and merchandise items are all the same as last year’s Disney Christmas offerings. Nevertheless, let’s take a look!
Save for the replaced “Welcome” sign, the main entrance will feature the same banners, garland, and trees as last year. Areas throughout the park will also be covered in garland, trees, and lights to celebrate the magic of the holiday season! Additionally, the Mickey floral at the park entrance will be transformed into a special Santa Mickey.
Mickey and his friends will greet Guests in a special holiday overlay of the Mickey & Friends Greeting Parade, likely featuring their Disney Christmas Stories costumes! The Tokyo Disneyland Band will also play holiday songs for Guests throughout the season.
Just like at Tokyo Disneyland, seasonal decor will cover the park with Christmas cheer! But there was also no mention of whether the big Christmas tree will go up or not.

Some favorites will return from last year, including this special set at Horizon Bay Restaurant. There will also be special holiday sets at Magellan’s, Ristorante di Canaletto, and S.S. Columbia Dining Room. Just like at Tokyo Disneyland, all food items will go on sale starting November 2nd.
In a first for Tokyo DisneySea’s harbor greeting, the Mickey & Friends Harbor Greeting will receive a holiday overlay featuring Mickey Mouse and friends, along with Santa Claus! The greeting will sail through the harbor three times a day. The Tokyo DisneySea Maritime Band will also play holiday songs throughout the season.
