Universal is donating a 20-acre site to build an affordable housing community in Orange County, Florida. Ashley Carter from Spectrum News 13 tweeted the news.

According to Carter, the community will be off International Drive and will feature 1,000 high-quality apartments. Universal is currently seeking a developer for the project, with the goal to break ground next year.
