- The Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is unfortunately coming to an end in November
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Nomad Lounge has been added to the walk-up waitlist service on the My Disney Experience app
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Following the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin’s move to third-party resort transportation, buses from the resort now drop off at charter lots at theme parks and Disney Springs
- Over at Disney’s Old Key West Resort, Olivia’s Cafe now offers to-go meals available for mobile order on the My Disney Experience app
Other Walt Disney World News
- Guests are now able to book Walt Disney World reservations through December 31, 2021, meaning you can officially start planning for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World
- And Annual Passholders, resort guests, and ticket holders can now book their Disney Park Pass reservations through 2021
- As a fun Halloween treat, Disney has replenished the Park Pass availability for October 31 at all four parks
Disneyland Resort
- Amidst the discussion and surveys to prepare for the reopening of Disneyland, the resort has issued cancellation emails for guests with reservations through Halloween
- Disney fans, executives, Cast Members and California state legislators are expected to gather at the resort’s main entrance on Harbor Boulevard on October 17 for an “Open Disneyland” rally to put pressure on the State to release the reopening guidelines
- One analyst estimates that the seven-month closure of the Disneyland Resort has resulted in a $2.2 billion loss in revenue
Disney Cruise Line
- After the delays of COVID-19, Disney Cruise Line’s newest addition, the Disney Wish, will launch on its maiden voyage in Summer 2022
New Merchandise
- A new Disney California Adventure Starbucks ceramic tumbler featuring Avengers Campus soared into the Disneyland Resort
- New on WDWNT’s Carousel of Products, we have some new logo pins and limited edition event pins available now
Entertainment and Media
Disney+
- The streaming service has updated their content advisory with more direct language regarding racial depictions, stating that “This program includes negative depictions and/or mistreatment of people or cultures. These stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now”

Universal Orlando Resort
