Guests will be strolling during the holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort. First, we previewed the cookie stroll at EPCOT, part of the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Now the Christmas Tree Stroll has debuted at Disney Springs.
Guests can use a map and sticker set to mark different themed tree locations throughout the shopping and dining destination. As of this writing, 10 of the 12 themed Christmas trees are on display.
The Christmas Tree Stroll replaces last year’s Christmas Tree Trail. The Christmas Tree Trail placed all the trees in a small area near Once Upon a Toy. The crowd congestion caused by the previous setup does not work in times of social distancing.
Tree locations are marked by tree icons. The trees are not labeled, leaving it to guests to match the sticker to the correct tree location.
The Jungle Book and main trees have yet to be displayed. The map and stickers are sponsored by AdventHealth, which also staffs the temperature screening locations throughout the property.
Walt Disney World Tree
Park icons like The Hollywood Tower Hotel and the Monorail are found throughout the tree.
Here we find Spaceship Earth, also available in cookie jar form.
The Haunted Mansion Tree
The Bride looks even eerier outside of the attic in broad daylight.
This lantern features the Hatbox Ghost.
Frozen Tree
Rather than over-the-top theming, the Frozen tree features subtle nods to the film’s characters.
The Lion King Tree
This is a cool nod to the film: Simba’s paw print inside of Mufasa’s!
Mulan Tree
How long will this lantern hold Mushu?
Star Wars Tree
The Jawas feature lighted eyes.
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Tree
Pluto Tree
Pluto’s dog house sits atop the tree.
Bones, collars, dishes, and other dog-related items are placed on the branches.
The Princess and the Frog Tree
The evening star is shining bright for this tree, featuring Tiana and a slew of frogs.
Toy Story Tree
Like the Frozen tree, the Toy Story tree hints at our favorite toys.

Some of the trees look awesome! Some really look really sad – I’m looking at you park icons and Star Wars trees…
Will the Christmas decor stay up through the New Year’s Day like years past?
