Let’s be honest: after surviving 2020, we could all use a special way to send it off. Thankfully, City Works Eatery & Pour House at Disney Springs has a savory way to mark the new year.
The restaurant is offering “Brew Year’s Eve” from December 24th-31st, featuring two special menu items for the occasion:
- Filet Medallions: Filet medallions served with bleu cheese mashed potatoes, sautéed baby arugula and a red wine demi-glace — $36.00 (Pairs well with Blonde Ale or Pilsner)
- Short Rib: Braised boneless short rib with creamy grits, bacon tomato jam, crispy pickled fennel and au jus gravy — $26.00 (Pairs well with Brown Ale)
In addition, on New Year’s Eve, guests who dine in the restaurant can enjoy a complimentary champagne toast. No ticketed package is required, though seating may be reduced due to social distancing. Both specials are also available to go, though it’s unknown if they will be offered at their recently-opened “Express Grab + Go” location.
