If you’ve been craving a seafood fix, you’re in luck! After being closed for months, Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant has reopened at the Magic Kingdom.
Now, if you’re wondering, “why would they have seafood in Tomorrowland,” there’s a reason. The restaurant is currently offering selections from Columbia Harbour House, which remains closed in Liberty Square.
With social distancing still needed in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Columbia Harbour House is being used as an overflow queue for Peter Pan’s Flight, so some offerings have arrived here.
Right now, the menu consists of the lobster roll, trio platter (consisting of fried shrimp, fish, and chicken nuggets), the combo platter (featuring your choice of two from the trio), and the Harbour Salad. And don’t forget those hushpuppies!
Meanwhile, the other entrance leads to both the restaurant and the Relaxation Station, which still takes up a portion of the seating area.
Right now, the location is only serving lunch, operating daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Markers line the queue space to help guests safely distance as they wait for their food.
Guests can use Mobile Order in the My Disney Experience app to purchase their food. A Cast Member was also there to assist guests.
The waiting area to pick up food can be a bit confusing, with the entrance on the far left side, and a larger exit directly to its right.
Once your order is ready, a Cast Member directs you to a register or pickup window.
Markers line the queue, though when we visited, it wasn’t very crowded.
The Relaxation Station still occupies the lower level of seating, while the upper level is dedicated to the restaurant.
Tables have been spaced out for safety as they enjoy their nautical meal of the future.
For the money, you do get a lot of food, making it one of the better values in the park. (As a reference, we’ve included the platters as they appeared at Columbia Harbour House.)
