If you’re looking for some sparkling wine for New Year’s Eve, why not consider having it in Dole Whip form? This very special (and boozy) New Year’s Eve Raspberry Dole Whip is available today only at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
New Year’s Eve Raspberry Dole Whip Float – $15
With Rosa Regale Sparkling Wine, Topped with Raspberries and Rose Petals
You’ll find this rose-topped float at Pineapple Lanai. It comes presented in a tiny plastic wine glass, with the Rosa Regale sparkling wine at the bottom and raspberry Dole Whip layered on top with freeze-dried raspberry bits. When transporting this over to your table (or the pool), make sure to be careful, as the carbonation from the wine caused it to foam and bubble over.
The rosé wine and the raspberry Dole Whip taste very good together. The rosé is sweet and fruity, so the tartness of the Dole Whip goes well with that.
Despite being made from otherwise common ingredients, this is truly a beautiful Dole Whip float. The Cast Member took extra time to place the rose petals and raspberries just so on top of the Dole Whip.
