Greetings, World Travelers, from another beautiful day at EPCOT! With so many construction projects underway here, we just couldn’t stay away, and came to check in on what progress may have been made today. Let’s get started!

Early in the morning, we found “Wet Paint” signs along the new construction wall blocking guests from the portion of the France Pavilion expansion that is still closed.

Facade work continues on the new La Gelateria booth in the Italy Pavilion, with the seams between the large pieces of prefabricated buildings being covered up.

We found concrete work completed overnight in front of Refreshment Port blocking most of the pathway. Hopefully this will be ready to walk on tomorrow!

In FutureWorld, we found the astroturf had been pulled back to reveal what appears to be shredded recycled tire underneath at the temporarily unavailable play area next to Travelers Cafe.

We found a worker on a man lift again today working near the new metal beam in the future Mouse Gear location.

We found the paneling had been removed overnight from the former Art of Disney building as demolition continues.

With the restrooms in Morocco closed for refurbishment, a sign has been put near the front of the France Pavilion reminding guests that they can now access the new restroom in the expansion area at the rear of the Pavilion.

We checked in on the Gran Fiesta Tour and found the Donald animatronic still missing from the final scene, an astonishing two weeks after he was first removed.

Walking by the Expression Section, we caught a rare glimpse of an almost-complete canvas. Guests can pick up a bookmark at the end of the experience showing the finished artwork, but it’s something special to see it painted on such a large scale!

We found a new treat today at Kringla Bakeri og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion. While this Almond Ring was a fairly basic cookie, we have to say we fell in love with it. For more pictures and to read our full review, click here.

While we were in the Norway Pavilion, we found Elsa greeting guests, but not from her usual spot. We saw her here a few weeks ago as well, and it appears she’s back on the lawn, although we’re not sure why.

We found some fun new merchandise today to share with you. First, we found this new acrylic ornament featuring Disney critters at the WonderGround Gallery tent in World Showcase. It retails for $19.99.

Next, we found the latest in Annual Passholder swag, this baseball hat featuring the classic orange Annual Passholder artwork. We found it behind the registers at Mouse Gear for $27.99.

We found a colorful Starbucks tumbler featuring icons of all four Walt Disney World parks at Port of Entry for $24.99.

While we were there, we also found a whole wall of new runDisney merchandise. The tumbler and Spirit Jersey came out earlier this month, but we found several new items to show you today.

Starting with the smallest pieces, we have an ornament for $26.99 and a set of two socks for $16.99.

Next, there was a short sleeve shirt for $36.99, a long sleeve shirt for $49.99, and leggings for $39.99.

There were three sweatshirts all featuring the “Every Mile Is Magic” slogan. The first was this hoodie with a front pocket for $59.99.

Second, was this zip hoodie for $94.99.

Last but not least, was this color block hoodie for $59.99. So many awesome new runDisney pieces, so little time!

We had a great day at EPCOT today, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
