Since the Walt Disney World theme parks reopened in July 2020, characters have been greeting guests from a distance. Anna had been appearing in front of Royal Sommerhus in the EPCOT Norway Pavilion. Guests were separated from Anna by a fenced and gated barrier.

Now Anna has a bit more room to roam. She is now greeting guests from a lawn beside Royal Sommerhus.

Anna has moved to the left of her previous meet and greet location.

Fencing prevents guests from entering the area.

For the time being, this is the only place guests are able to see Anna. She and Elsa had previously appeared in the Frozen Promenade character cavalcade. That appearance has been discontinued.
