This morning a small fire erupted at Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. This attraction at Universal Orlando Resort is currently under refurbishment.
This afternoon we have learned more details regarding the fire.
She went on to say:
“The fire was quickly extinguished. When a unit from the fire department arrived to the scene, the fire was already out. There were no injuries, per spokesperson.”
The fire was caused by construction worker’s error, and thankfully neither the construction worker nor anyone else was injured.
