Hello from a very cold day at the Magic Kingdom! We bundled up and came out to the park to see what new things we could find to show you, and we’re glad we did. We have a lot to cover, so let’s get started!

It’s become somewhat of a personal game for us to see how many construction workers from TRON Lightcycle / Run we can fit into one photo. No cheating with wide angles, and the worker’s whole body has to be in frame. We think this is a new record with 11 workers pictured!

We were surprised to see that Bonjour! Village Gifts had gotten a color change over night, and is being painted green. Work has been completed on the side of the building, and the planters have been moved to block off the front of the building now. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

We found the two rafts, the Huck Finn and the Becky Thatcher, had returned to Rivers of America and were moored at the still-closed docks in Frontierland. With the reopening date unexpectedly moved to this Friday for the Liberty Square Riverboat and Tom Sawyer Island, these rafts will be needed to ferry guests to the Island.

Sonny Eclipse, everyone’s favorite lunchtime entertainment at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, has returned after a brief absence over the weekend. With the recent announcement of the lengthy refurbishment expected for the Three Caballeros animatronics, we’re glad Sonny returned so quickly.

We found some filming in progress on the Hub Grass surrounding Cinderella Castle today. Judging by the turkey legs, Mickey balloons, and other classic park icons present as props for the shoot, we’re guessing new promotional material featuring guests wearing masks will be airing in the near future.

We found new signage around the entrance to the Express Monorail, asking guests with strollers or wheelchairs to keep to the right hand side of the load ramp. With the new dividers on half of the monorail, guests with these larger devices need to board the other half of the Monorail without the new dividers in order to fit comfortably.

We found quite a few pieces of new merchandise we wanted to show you today. The first thing we found was this new Porg Big Feet plush. We couldn’t resist those eyes! We found this plush at The Emporium for $26.99.

Next, we found a collection of four new plush hand puppets, consisting of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Stitch, and Angel. With a pocket in the back to allow you to slip your hand in and work their mouth, these soft toys were too sweet. They were also at The Emporium for $29.99 each.

We found a plethora of new mugs today, starting with this iconic “The Conqueror of Mountains” mug. For more pictures and information on this mug, check out our article here.

Next, we found two new sketch mugs, one featuring Lucky from “101 Dalmatians” and one featuring Buzz Lightyear from “Toy Story”. The Lucky mug was in The Confectionery, and the Buzz Lightyear mug was in The Emporium, but both retail for $14.99 each.

After the mugs, we found several water bottles and tumblers to show you. The first two were large metal canteens, each available at The Emporium for $34.99.

Next, we found this pink tumbler reminiscent of an Instagram wall, featuring a Mickey silhouette and the word “Hello”. The tumbler also features a bow straw topper. This tumbler is available at The Emporium for $22.99.

Rounding out the drinking vessels, we found this youth tumbler featuring Lightning McQueen from “Cars” at The Confectionery for $12.99.

It was a day for sets of things apparently, as we found several new Limited Edition pins available at Frontier Trading Post. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

We also found a new Tiny Kingdom map and Mystery Collection pin blind box. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

We found two new additions to the “The Child” streetwear collection at The Emporium. The beanie hat retails for $19.99, and the leggings retail for $39.99

We also found two new additions to the new pastel collection at Star Traders. The short sleeve shirt featuring Mickey Mouse retails for $36.99, and the long sleeve Walt Disney World logo shirt retails for $44.99.

We found several new shirts in the MaDe kiosk today, including these three storyboard art designs from “The Mandalorian”.

The Pixar section of the kiosk has more than doubled in size with the new additions from today. Several designs featuring characters from “Up” are now available.

With the addition of these “Toy Story” shirts, the Pixar category is truly filled out now. All shirts start at $29.99, and can be found in the MaDe kiosk in Tomorrowland Light & Power Co.

The “Making Magic” statue returned to it’s normal spot at the head of Main Street, USA a few days ago, and we couldn’t help but take a moment to enjoy the view. We had a wonderful day at the Magic Kingdom, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
