The Germany tasting booth at the Mardi Gras 2021 International Flavors of Carnaval at Universal Studios Florida has added a new item to the menu.

Previously, there was only a vegan bratwurst available but there is now a real one. Read on for our review.

Bratwurst with Beer Braised Onions: Bratwurst, beer braised onions, spicy mustard, French quarter baguette – $8.99

This dish comes with the same kettle chips as the vegan bratwurst.

We loved the vegan brat but this one is a lot more filling!

The brat is piled high with beer-braised onions that give a sweet flavor to balance out the spicy mustard along the bottom.

The brat was excellent and i’s nice to see them adding things to the menu. We would definitely order this again.
