In addition to the incredible Raya and the Last Dragon baby Tuk Tuk ice cream sundae, Disney’s Animal Kingdom also has a new baby Tuk Tuk mousse.

This snack is available at Isle of Java.

Baby Tuk Tuk Mousse – $5.99

Five-spice mousse atop a chocolate cake with a chocolate velvet shell and crispy chocolate pearls

The cake is moist with a rich, decadent chocolate flavor.

The pearls counter with a milk chocolate taste.

The mousse itself is where the whole thing falls apart. The flavor is very subtle and does little to complement the rest.

If the mousse simply wasn’t there, it would improve the dessert. It just adds a weird aftertaste that’s almost indiscernible.
