I don’t know the specifics, but talking condescendingly in a monotone is Josh’s default; and invites a marg to the face. Smile more, wear bright colors, and use Jimmy Buffet as your North Star to avoid the 4D animal Kingdom experience. The poncho is a good start, bright and marg resistant.
