Disneyland has extended Legacy Passholder discounts until April 30 and will continue to extend it until a new membership program is announced.

According to OC Register, the Disneyland app will be updated on Tuesday, March 16 with a digital discount ticket that Legacy Passholders can use on purchases. The discount ticket will appear automatically for anyone who has linked their Annual Pass to the app. The discount will revert to the normal percentage off, not the 30% special that has since been discontinued.
