In celebration of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary, we have found a brand new, vintage-style popcorn bucket available at the parks! We were able to find this awesome new bucket on a trip to DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The bucket features classic Disney Characters on classic Disney attractions.

Here you can see Minnie Mouse at the Haunted Mansion and Minnie and Daisy splashing down on Splash Mountain. Yes, that is Disneylandā€™s Haunted Mansion, so expect to see this bucket in Anaheim soon.

On the reverse side you can see Donald Duck as a Jungle Cruise skipper, Goofy on Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Pluto as the dog with the keys on Pirates of the Caribbean, and Daisy Duck enjoying a Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.

If you look closely you can even see Mickey Mouse enjoying popcorn from the very same bucket!

The characters are set against a beautiful teal background and topped off with an orange lid. The art and colors are reminiscent of 1970ā€™s Disney World merchandise for sure, not a coincidence given the 50th anniversary in a few months time.

The bucket retails for $12.

  1. Wait, we are closing Splash down cause itā€™s racist. But we are going to forever remember itā€™s reign during the 50th.

Sounds like some mixed messages to me…

    • Let’s hope they change their mind with putting out so much merch. the petition to save it far out numbers the other one. Disney releasing facts about the movie and doing a round table discussion with celebs like Whoopi Goldberg who have spoken in favor of Song of the South being released would help the ride, the film, and educate many.
