Fantasyland is receiving its own version of a makeover to match the ongoing Cinderella Castle transformation. The faded Fantasyland roofs are receiving a bold new blue to match the gold and blue color scheme that is popping up all over Walt Disney World. Sir Mickey’s is up next to receive the updated colors and we spotted a brightly painted turret this afternoon above the store.

The darker and more bold color really pops against the grey stone facade. The blue color is the same that’s used during the Cinderella Castle transformation. The Castle will better match the surrounding turrets in Fantasyland.

The new color is on the left compared to the old color on the right.

Sir Mickey’s is home to Disney costumes and apparel and sits in between Cinderella Castle and Mickey’s PhilharMagic attraction.
