Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway has taken center stage at Disney’s Hollywood Studios since opening last March. With its bright neon sign, the attraction located at the Chinese Theater cannot be missed. Now, even more lighting shines above the fluorescent marquee, bringing an even bigger spotlight to the attraction’s façade.
Previously, only the “Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway” marquee was light up in luminous colors. It honestly looked pretty bad as you could only see the sign and not the beautiful building.
Now, the intricate details above the marquee are highlighted thanks to the addition of more lights.
The details of the dragon and the texture surrounding it really stand out now.
Though our camera favors the neon lights, it’s still nice to see the dragon illuminated in addition to the attraction’s own signage.
Walking down Hollywood Boulevard, we can’t help but admire the new sight as the sun sets.

It’s nice to see they took a break from painting to do one thing right!
