*NEW* Avocado Toast with Marinated Toybox Tomatoes and Fresh Goat Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta – $5.75

The avocado toast is sure to be a popular option. It is LOADED with avocado, which rises more than an inch or so above the toast.

The toast itself is quite nice, offering a nice exterior crunch with a softer interior. Like we’ve said, it is topped with a heavy portion of creamy avocado, just no the most flavorful spread I’ve had on such a item.

It’s not a memorable take on this dish, but many will likely enjoy it.

Shrimp and Grits: Blackened Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese Grits with Brown Gravy and Sweet Corn Salsa – $7.25

Four shrimp came in a boat filled with sauce, corn, and grits. There’s a nice lingering spice to the entire dish that isn’t overpowering. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. The only real complaint we have about this dish is that there weren’t enough grits to really enjoy the sauce. It’s really a simple thing that could change day to day based on who’s preparing the food. Regardless, it’s a tasty dish that’s well worth the price.

*NEW* Corned Beef Brisket Hash with House-made Potato Barrels, Onions, Peppers, Cheese Curds, and a Soft-poached Egg with Tabasco Hollandaise – $6.25

This was fine. If you’re really in the mood for a breakfast-like option while strolling around EPCOT, this will do the trick, but there’s nothing inherently special about it. It’s a salty, cheesy hash with hollandaise sauce, and it accomplishes that well enough.

*NEW* Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Bacon – $4.25

Absolutely phenomenal.

It is not advertised, but these are also cream filled. The crispy, flakey, cinnamon covered exterior matched with a rich cream and the hint of bacon makes for a glorious combination. These would be an item we would get every time we visit EPCOT if our diet would allow it. It’s also a pretty solid serving size for the price.

*NEW* Froot Loops Shake (Non-Alcoholic) – $4.50

We were excited to try this, but it was beyond even our expectations. The shake tastes like a bowl of Froot Loops, maybe one that has been sitting there for a bit when the milk has absorbed some of the sugary, fruity flavor of the loops. The milky ice cream flavor mixed with this sweet, sugary tinge of Froot Loops makes for a shake you simply must get if you are going to this event. We also don’t recommend using a straw as it is all too pleasing to get the crunch of the actual Fruit Loops with the burst of flavor from the shake.

*NEW* Joffrey’s Coffee Cold Brew Cocktail with Milk, Kahlúa Rum and Coffee Liqueur ($25/bottle), and Vanilla Vodka – $9.50

Cold Brew Cocktail with Milk, Kahlúa Rum and Coffee Liqueur ($25/bottle), and Vanilla Vodka – $9.50

We love a good coffee cocktail, and this one is certainly very good. It tastes very akin to the often admired Tipsy Ducks in Love from the Joy of Tea kiosk back in China, but that isn’t a bad thing. Less creamy and more alcohol in flavor profile, this may be a rare coffee cocktail from a theme park that pleases many guests with different palettes.

Have we actually gotten to the point where we label drinks in Epcot “non-alcoholic” as the default over “alcoholic”?

Now its just a matter of labeling whether they will put you in a sugar induced diabetic coma
