Vegan Star Wars fans rejoice! More vegan breakfast options have arrived in a Galaxy far, far away! A few days ago we reviewed the Plant-Based Zuchii Wrap at Ronto Roasters and today we headed back to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to review the new vegan breakfast wrap at Star Wars – Galaxy’s Edge, but we were left wanting a bit more.

Triple Suns Breakfast Wrap – $11.49

Plant-based Egg, Smoky Chickpea-Onion Slaw, and Roasted Tomato Sauce wrapped in Pita Bread  

Carrots really dominate the taste of this plant based breakfast wrap, despite not even being specifically called out as part of the “Smokey Chickpea-Onion Slaw”. The plant-based “eggs” and chickpea might as well have not even been there.

While the fluffy, dense pita is a highlight of the wrap, it has nothing to work with but the crunch of the slaw.

Overall, while this provides a viable option for vegetarian or vegan members of the resistance, more irresistible plant-based breakfast options could probably be found at other places around Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
