Former Annual Passholders will be able to obtain refunds through May 30th, according to a notice posted on the Tokyo Disney Resort website. Refunds in cash are available at the Tokyo Disneyland East Ticket Booths through March 31st and at the Tokyo Disney Resort Ticket Center in Ikspiari through May 30th. Meanwhile, the online form for bank transfer refunds will be available to Guests through May 31st.

Additionally, a note on the website promising further details on the Tokyo Disney Resort Annual Passport program before the end of March 2021 was removed. In its place, Guests are linked to the resort’s FAQ page, with the following statement regarding Annual Passports:

We have not decided whether the Annual Passport system will return or be discontinued permanently, but there are no plans to resume sales at present.

Regardless of your Annual Passport expiration date, you may no longer use your Annual Passport to enter the parks. Please complete the refund procedure as soon as possible.

Only two resorts so far—Disneyland in California and Tokyo Disney Resort—have completely cancelled Annual Pass programs and issued universal refunds. Stay tuned to WDWNT as we keep you updated with the latest news regarding Annual Pass programs at the Disney resorts worldwide.
