Walt Disney World has filed a permit indicating that a new Cast Member entrance will be built between the Transportation and Ticket Center and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, off of Seven Seas Drive. This will replace the old Floridian Way entrance for Polynesian Cast Members who have to park at the Transportation and Ticket Center.

The permit lists “mechanical work” in the northwest corner of the Transportation and Ticket Center parking lot, which Cast Members have been using as a temporary entrance while construction continues in the area. Multiple ramps are being built for Floridian Way and World Drive to improve traffic flow around Magic Kingdom.

The new Cast Member entrance won’t impact guest parking.
