After testing a Plexiglass divider on one boat last month, dividers have been installed on every boat of Na’vi River Journey at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

The dividers sit between the two rows of each boat.

This addition means the ride may increase capacity and wait times will go down. The winding exterior queue of Na’vi River Journey has had to be rerouted while the sidewalks of Pandora are repainted.

Plexiglass dividers were also recently installed on the loading platform of Na’vi River Journey.

  1. This change was overdue considering the success other rides have experienced increasing their hourly capacity through the installation of plexiglass. With that being said, it seems strange that they’d do it now when restrictions are much closer to being lifted than they were last year . . .

  2. These dividers are awful. They put a major tarnish on the Frozen Ever After experience. I would never wait for that ride again as long as there’s dividers on it.
