With Avengers Campus scheduled to open at Disney California Adventure in a matter of weeks, the tie-in Marvel Comics miniseries “W.E.B. of Spider-Man” is finally expected to hit comics shops after a year-long delay.

Comics industry website PREVIEWSworld now has the first of the series’ five issues scheduled for release on Wednesday, June 9th, just days after the new land opens at the Disneyland Resort on June 4th. We also have a look at two new covers in the series.

Above, you can see the attraction variant cover for the first issue, which features concept art for WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, opening with the land on June 4th. The cover also features a unique title art inspired by the look of the attraction building. While the covers are different, the story inside is identical in each comic book.

Meanwhile, we also have the main cover for issue #2, drawn by Gurihiru, currently scheduled for release on Wednesday, June 23rd. Spider-Man is seen swinging above the streets of New York City, as Spider-Bots seemingly overtake a nearby building.
