PHOTOS: Monorail Orange Emerges From Refurbishment With Updated Interior and Black Exterior Deltas at Walt Disney World

Monorail Orange has returned to Walt Disney World’s Highway in the Sky. We were fortunate to spot the refurbished monorail and take a look at its interior. The changes are identical to those made to Monorail Red in February, but in vibrant orange.

Monorail Orange approaches the Transportation and Ticket Center platform.

The Transportation and Ticket Center is also undergoing a refurbishment in preparation for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary.

Black deltas have been added to each monorail car. The delta breaks up the central orange stripe.

Inside, the wall behind the bench seat has been renewed. The bright orange certainly stands out. The Walt Disney World logo is part of the design.

Orange stripes have been added to the ceiling. These help guests easily identify which monorail they are riding from inside the car. Physical distancing dividers are still installed in the cars.

What do you think of the refurbished Monorail Orange? You can add your thoughts in the comments.
