From the time Walt Disney World reopened in July 2020 until just recently, guests could not use self-service beverage stations. Revised health and safety protocols once again allowed guests to fill their own cups starting in late April. Guests now follow a new process while using the fountains. However, Sunshines Seasons, one of EPCOT’s most popular quick-service locations, had yet to open its soda fountains. That all changed today.
The beverage station is cordoned off by stanchions.
Physical distancing markers have been placed along the queue line.
Directional arrows keep the foot traffic flowing in the right direction. Circular markers are placed in front of each of the three soda fountains.
After filling their cups, guests exit into the Sunshine Seasons seating area.
Only one of the two beverage station islands is open at this time. No physical distancing markers have been placed near the closed beverage station.
A sign informs guests that the beverage station is unavailable and to use the next available one.

This is an understandable approach.
Are the refill machines open at Caribbean beach? Not the main hub place but the machines in the resort area?
