Guests Once Again Allowed to Fill Their Own Beverages at Self-Service Refill Stations at Walt Disney World

Another COVID-19 safety procedure has been updated. Disney changed their website to reflect the new protocol, allowing guests to use self-service stations to fill their refillable mugs and beverages.

The refillable mug station found outside Ulu Café at the Aulani

Previously, guests had to be served by Cast Members since the parks reopened last summer. However, Blizzard Beach has been allowing guests to refill their own beverages since it reopened in March.

This is the latest in a series of protocol changes, following behind the allowance for the removal of masks while taking photos.

  1. Your information is incorrect. I was at Blizzard Beach last week and they would not let us fill our own mugs.

      • being from missouri tom, then show me. it seems disney has a lot of can do’s when many cannot do. this article emply’s this is happening everywhere when obviously it is not. just give us the news rather than being a disney corporate shill for once, please. some can while others cannot is not the news tom.

        • If you think I’m a corporate advocate for Disney, you are reading stories in your head. Someone tell Nick to take this comment for Thursday. Also, it’s “imply”.

  2. This is not a fact, we were there on Sunday and they have employees in front of the drink stations and you tell them what you want and they hand you a cup. Must have gotten lucky and grabbed a drink before some of the locations opened because after all food service locations opened all drink stations were blocked by a table and plexiglass with an employee standing there.

  3. And the insanity continues…the CDC has said there is virtually no chance of contracting the virus from surfaces just like there is a slim to none chance of getting the virus outdoors in fresh air. But yet, there is still a stupid mask mandate. These silly policies are in place to give the sheep the illusion of safety. I, for one, will not be getting any vaccine or going to any destination that continues to perpetuate this insanity
