Disney Springs is celebrating Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with limited-time offerings. We stopped by The Daily Poutine to see what they have to offer—and we’re so glad we did!

Korean BBQ Fries – $9.99

The Daily Poutine’s entry for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month is an absolute winner. Unlike the last dish we tried from this location, which was a bland and lifeless entry, the Korean BBQ Fries are a perfect blend of powerful flavors.

The fries themselves were cooked well, crispy on the outside and soft inside, and appropriately salted. Thankfully, the dish didn’t go heavy on the fries and light on the toppings.

The BBQ pork is incredibly tender and flavorful, generously applied over the fries. The kimchi definitely adds a kick but is not overpowering as some preparations of the Korean staple can be. The sriracha mayo adds an additional bit of heat, but it is balanced by the creaminess that accompanies it.

Overall this is an excellent value at $9.99, and the combination of dynamic flavors makes it a top choice for counter service food at Disney Springs.
