  1. Stayed at Club Level at the Grand Floridian twice. Both times there was no personalized assistance whatsoever, the concierge told me I’d have to arrange for a disability need myself which was fine, I was just asking for assistance with the names of who I could call, dirty dishes on the floor outside of rooms for hours. Very disappointing considering the cost.

  2. Looking forward to the day I can book a club level at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Have wanted to do that for a long time.

  3. The days of club level being worth anything are long gone. Disney could care less. My last stays in the Grand Floridian’s main building left me feeling ripped off. Both the hard and soft product are a far cry from their former glory when at least you knew you were getting an exceptional experience to match the price paid. Other than proximity to the parks, Disney hotels cannot compete with any of the other luxury hotels they have foolishly allowed to be built on property including the Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, and even the new J.W. Marriott. Cheaper and actually real luxury hotels that offer guest amenities and services of a luxury property.

    • You’re right for comparable prices we just stayed at the four seasons and the service was second to none..

    • Grand Floridian is still more magical than those hotels, because no matter how much more luxurious they feel, they don’t have the monorail, the boat, or the walkway. GF is still number one!

      • Grand Floridian can provide the “magic” of the proximity AND a first class hard and soft product, like they did for decades, but they simply do not care anymore for the reasons you described.

  4. Is anybody knows how much is the extra cost by night for a club level room when you have a tower room water view at Coronado spring resort ?
    Thank’s

  5. If I read this correctly, club won’t be coming back to sugar loaf at the Floridan only the main building. Wonder if this has to do with dvc taking over big pine key.
