Just hours after a return date was announced, we now have the full menus and pricing for Tusker House at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The meals will now be family style and characters will appear at a distance.

A peek at the menu on DisneyWorld.com shows that Breakfast will run $42 for adults and $27 for children.

The family style breakfast includes a basket with assorted pastries, fresh fruit and a breakfast platter. Exciting options include Simba shaped waffles in addition to the usual Mickey waffles and an egg curry.

Lunch and dinner are both priced at $55 for adults and $42 for children. And as with most restaurants that have reopened, the lunch and dinner menus are the same.

Starters include house-made breads with a variety of dips to choose from. You can also get your daily dose of veggies with an assortment of African inspired salads.

Entrees include Moroccan Spiced Beef, Spit Roasted Herb Chicken, a Green Curry Shrimp and Marinated Pork. These can be paired with a variety of sides ranging from veggies, rice and a house-made macaroni and cheese.

And if your sweet tooth wants to venture on the wild side, Tusker House offers “Animal Inspired Mini Desserts” adorned with fun animal prints.

  1. No plant-based entree yet. Either not the full menu or Disney gave up on their plant-based initiative already.

  2. The menu is so bland and boring – basically a retread of Liberty Tree Tavern or Garden Grill. It’s lost all the flavor and African inspiration. Hard pass.
