Hello from a lovely day here at Walt Disney World! We started our day at EPCOT to check in on the construction projects there, and then headed to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to see what new things we could find. We found some things to show you, so let’s get started!

Before entering EPCOT, we noticed a new sign informing guests that masks are now optional for fully vaccinated guests. Non-vaccinated guests must still wear face masks while indoors. In other face-mask-related news, face masks will become optional for fully vaccinated Cast Members starting tomorrow.

While checking on the construction progress of the future Journey of Water site, we got a good look at the recently revealed concrete structure here.

At the future location of Creations Shop, it appears that doors have finally been installed on the far right doorway.

On the other side of the building closest to the breezeway, painting continues, transforming the building’s once colorful exterior to a uniform grey.

The long-awaited 2022 Chevy Bolt EV, which caused a stir with an ad filmed at EPCOT, has finally arrived in the showroom at the exit of Test Track. Keep an eye on WDWNT.com for more pictures and information.

The new food booths for the upcoming International Food & Wine Festival all received their register stands today. Some were more set up than others, and some also received bar setups as well.

We’ll be watching these booths for further developments.

The construction box surrounding the footprint of the original gelato booth in the Italy Pavilion has changed shape and location slightly, with a large portion of the curb behind the booth now encompassed in the construction walls.

The iconic troll at The Fjording in the Norway Pavilion has returned to his original location, with work on replacing the flooring of the store moving forward through the room.

The line for Gran Fiesta Tour in the Mexico Pavilion was truly impressive today, stretching out of the attraction’s standard queue, wrapping the perimeter of the interior of the Pavilion, filling the line in the foyer and the queue out front. Guests wishing just to enter the Pavilion or go to La Cava del Tequila were allowed to use an alternate entrance.

The specialty beverages for the International Flower & Garden Festival at the Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea booths have gone up in price by $1. Originally $11.99, they are now $12.99.

Today, we found two new water bottles, starting with this retro Mickey Mouse plastic water bottle, available at Mouse Gear for $22.99.

The second was this metal water bottle featuring the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, also available at Mouse Gear for $27.99.

With our day wrapped up at EPCOT, we headed over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to check out what might be new there.

We found the stage next to Discovery Trading Co. sadly empty of sand sculptures.

At Zuri’s Sweet Shop, we found two new “Park Life” souvenir ear hat cups, available for $10.99 with your choice of beverage.

With physical distancing measures being removed all across Walt Disney World property, we found guests seated directly next to other parties at “A Celebration of A Festival of The Lion King.” Guests were originally asked to maintain distance between parties when sitting in the theater, while they are now expected to fill all available space.

We had a wonderful time at Walt Disney World, and we hope you enjoyed coming along with us. Have a magical day!
