Construction of Arendelle: World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is moving along. Thanks to recent images tweeted by Disney Magical Kingdom Blog, we have a fresh look at the work that has been completed.
Workers continue to add steel to the large Elsa’s Ice Palace structure.
Scaffolding is in place around the area that will eventually be sculpted.
The village houses feature colorful, tiled roofs.
Roof tiles are in shades of purple and blue.
Some architectural details, like the missing dormer to the right, have yet to be added.
Scaffolding surrounds much of the structure. Arendelle: World of Frozen was originally scheduled to open this year. COVID-19 caused construction delays. A new opening date has not been announced.
Disney Magical Kingdom Blog also shared a video of the construction.
