It’s been a big day for changes at the Magic Kingdom. We’ve covered several big stories today, but to help summarize all of our findings, here is your guide to the updates.

Monorail

Dividers between sections on the monorail have now been removed, along with the plastic dividers that created additional sections within the cabins.

Jungle Cruise

Along with an addition to the Hippo scene this morning, the Jungle Cruise has removed its plexiglass dividers, allowing separate parties to sit near each other.

Guests Now Maskless on Attractions

We stopped by a few attractions to take in the sights of the guests enjoying the thrill of no longer wearing masks while riding.

Guests Shop Maskless Once Again

We stopped by a few stores as well to check out guests enjoying their shopping while maskless. We noticed that in some of the smaller shops that were still limited capacity, Cast Members aren’t always standing at the door now, so we assume they are no longer actively counting the number of guests entering and exiting.

Splash Mountain

Splash Mountain is now loading every row to increase capacity.

Pirates of the Caribbean

Pirates of the Caribbean is now also seating every row, as we confirmed with Cast Members at the attraction.

“it’s a small world”

  1. A great day news wise! Thanks for all that you guys do! Most excited for fireworks returning. Harmonious is ready to go I feel. We shall see!

  2. When is the guess on annual passes coming back? September? Or after the 50th anniversary celebration

  3. ALL very very nice. BUT seriously need a return of the “fast pass”. I will give you; no dining plan and the new park pass protocol. BUT fast pass is a must.

  4. We’re almost there. Remove the reservation system, bring back the fast pass, and if it’s not too difficult, please bring back the trams for my poor feet after a long day.
