While the refurbishment of the Coca-Cola Cool Ship and Cool Scanner was completed last month, we noticed today that the Cool Scanner and its mist jets are back in action.
The Cool Scanner lets guests cool off with a refreshing spray of mist, but hasn’t been operational since March 2020 when the park closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Cool Scanner is located adjacent to the Coca-Cola Cool Ship, a kiosk that sells beverages and snacks. This is just one interactive guest element that is now being reintroduced to the parks as operations being to normalize in a post-COVID world.
