With Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel finally opening on June 21st, Disneyland Paris has slowly been trickling out new information about the highly-anticipated hotel. Today came yet another truckload of information, with the full menus for both the Manhattan Restaurant and the Downtown Restaurant!

Manhattan Restaurant

Given in both Italian and French, the Manhattan Restaurant starts off its menu with a brief backstory:

After an epic day in the Disney Parks, there is no better way to recharge your batteries than this contemporary Italian restaurant. Live like Tony Stark with fine service and tasty freshly prepared Italian dishes, while admiring the exceptional decor – and in particular, the sublime Asgard-inspired chandelier.

For the a la carte menu, Guests are given the following options:

Antipasti

• Parma ham, fruit mustard and tigelle – €19 ($23.12)
• Apulian burrata, vegetable caponata and carasau bread – €19 ($23.12)
• Seafood salad, rocket, crunchy vegetables and lemon vinaigrette – €19 ($23.12)
• Salad of artichokes, oranges, Taggiasca olives and flakes of Parmesan – €17 ($20.68)

Soups

• Tuscan tomato soup and stracciatella – €17 ($20.68)
• Vegan minestrone – €15 ($18.25)

Pasta

• Spaghetti with clams – €35 ($42.58)
• Sorrentine-style potato gnocchi – €30 ($36.50)
• Lasagna Bolognese – €30 ($36.50)
• Buckwheat maltagliati, pistachio pesto, fresh tomato and porcini mushrooms (Vegan) – €35 ($42.58)

Risotto

• Milanese risotto and ox marrow – €30 ($36.50)
• Risotto with seafood – €35 ($42.58)

Main Course

All dishes include one side as well.

• Sea bass fillet and lemon compote – €35 ($42.58)
• Grilled prawns, citrus muddica and chickpea puree €41 ($49.88)

Desserts

• Tartlet with creamy pistachio and black cherry – €15 ($18.25)
• Baba al Limoncello, mascarpone cream with citrus fruits and exotic fruit salad – €13 ($15.82)
• Tiramisu – €12 ($14.60)
• Panna Cotta with white chocolate, orange salad, and jelly – €15 ($18.25)
• Sicilian cannolo with ricotta and candied fruit, chocolate cream and praline pistachio – €12 ($14.60)
• Creamy dark chocolate and olive oil, hazelnut and pear crumble cooked with vanilla (Vegan) – €15 ($18.25)
• Fresh ricotta with honey and lemon, seasonal fruit and toasted almonds – €13 ($15.82)

Guests may also order a special birthday dessert for an additional €35 ($42.58).

Guests may also choose to order the prix fixe Greenwich Village set, which comes with an appetizer, pasta, and dessert for €42 ($51.10), or €62 ($75.44) with wine. Choices remain the same as those available on the a la carte menu.

A number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also on the menu, and Guests can find wine pairing recommendations underneath almost every food item on the menu!

Downtown Restaurant

The menu opens with the restaurant’s backstory as follows:

Tuck into the famously cosmopolitan tastes of New York in this art-deco restaurant.
Be prepared for a mouthwatering culinary tour of Spider-Man’s hometown, sampling Asian, Mediterranean and American classics – all lovingly prepared before your eyes. This is like one of those city hotspots decorated with signed photos of celebrities, but here, it’s the hotel’s largest collection of MARVEL sketches that fills the walls.

The menu is all-you-can-eat at a cost of €40 ($48.67) for adults and €30 ($36.50) for children ages 3-11.

The entire menu is divided into Chinatown, American, and Italian tastes. For the Starters, Guests can choose from the following options:

Chinatown—Noodle Soup with Black Mushrooms, Chinese Chicken Salad, and/or Assorted Dim Sum.
American—Tomato Clam Chowder, Smoked Salmon Bagel, and/or Einkorm Wheat and Kale Salad.
Italian—Italian Deli Meat Platter, Tomato and Mozzarella di Bufala Salad, and/or Minestrone Soup.

For main dishes, Adults are given the following choices:

Chinatown—Shrimp with Chilli Sauce and Sauteed Noodles, Sweet and Sour Pork with Steamed Rice, and/or Roast Duck, Hoisin Sauce and Vegetable and Coriander Stir-fry
American—Beef Burger, Roast Potatoes and Coleslaw, Vegan Burger, Steamed Potatoes and Roasted Tomato, Chicken Wings, BBQ Sauce, Roast Potatoes and Corn on the Cob, and/or Beef Brisket with Smoked Pepper, Roast Potatoes and Green Beans.
Italian—Pasta of the Day, Choice of Sauce (Bolognese, Gorgonzola Cheese or Pesto), Pinsa with Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella and Basil, Vegan Pinsa, and/or Sea Bream, Tomato and Olive Sauce, Aubergine Parmigiana.

For children, the following choices are available:

Spring Rolls, Steamed Rice and Asian Sauce, Mac ‘n Cheese, and/or Beef Meatballs, Pasta and Tomato Sauce.

For dessert, adults and children alike may choose from the following options:

Chinatown—Exotic Fresh Fruit Platter and/or Assorted Asian Desserts: Mango and Passion Dessert, Coconut Cup, Egg Tart and Avengers Macaroon (Lychee).
American—Assorted Cheeses: Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, Cheddar, and/or Assorted American Desserts: New York Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Babka and Baby Groot Chocolate Mousse.
Italian—Spoonable Gorgonzola with Focaccia and/or Assorted Italian Desserts: Captain Marvel Meringue Cream Crunch, Captain America Panna Cotta, Lemon Tart, Chocolate Cannoli

For an extra €35 ($42.58), Guests may also celebrate their birthday with a special birthday dessert, for up to 8 people.

A number of cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks are available to Guests as well to compliment their meal.
